Normally, it is a problem when people stop coming to your meeting. However, in Romania, the AFCI team is rejoicing.

Catalyst is a weekly youth meeting hosted by AFCI Romania. The purpose is to equip young believers to serve their local churches and to have outreach into their communities. As Pica, the AFCI National Director writes,

“The youth are ignited at Catalyst to live vibrant lives with Christ and share their faith and experiences. It is working!”

Recently, two young people, Giglan and David, who had been attending Catalyst faithfully decided to stop coming. Instead of being discouraged, the AFCI Romania team was excited because, Pica continues,

“They got their faith on fire, understood the vision and started a group to serve and equip the youth in their own church.”

This is exactly what the team hopes to see – a multiplication ministry where students move on to become leaders, and start the cycle all over again.
