Many national pastors and church leaders do not have access to the training they need for ministry. They are talented, eager and dedicated, but untrained. In North Africa, AFCI operates the Faith Institute to provide the training these men and women desparately need.

The Faith Insitute recently celebrated the graduation of 96 students. One of the graduates said,

“Before joining the Institute, my relationship with God was not as I wished, and at the same time, I was a leader in the church. I preached, but I did not take preaching seriously. I was simply copying from books. I always felt guilty for the possibility of teaching something wrong. Now I have learned the importance of faithful preparation.

“Before joining the Institute, I served as an evangelist and I planted a church. My leadership was poor, I did not know much about the Bible and God. I started to apply what I have been learning and the church started to grow in number, worship, and service to God.

“The Institute not only helped my ministry, but also my family. In the past, I did not see it important to pray as a family. Now we are doing a family devotion every day. My spiritual life has been growing. I am reading the Bible constantly.

“I thank God for the opportunity to study and I thank the leadership of the Faith Institute.”

Please continue to pray faithfully for each of these students as they serve throughout North Africa.
