Emerging Leaders Training – Year Four

The last week of July and the first week of August was the fourth year of providing Emerging Leaders training for our AFCI teams around the world.  Fifty-five delegates gathered in Barcelona, Spain, from countries in Europe, Africa and South America for two weeks of intensive training. The subjects for this year focused on two themes:

  • building strategic plans that will multiply ministry, and;
  • working together as teams to build stronger national relationships.

After four years of training AFCI teams from around the world – 2 years for our Asia/Pacific Region & 2 years for our other three regions (Europe, Africa, and Americas) – we have completed training for a majority of AFCI’s 22 national teams.  We want to thank all of you who have contributed to make this training possible.  It is proving to be trans-formative for our ministry and will help us to reach out with the gospel in a much stronger way.

In October 2019 we will gather leaders from all of AFCI’s 22 nations in Cambodia for an International Congress.  This will be a time of celebration and sharing ministry models that can influence our world.  There is always a need for ongoing training and planning to keep AFCI’s ministries on the cutting edge of missions.
